10 million jobs?

Sean reiterates the foolhearty claim of Sen. Kerry's proposed creation of 10 million jobs, providing BLS stats.

The problem is that the Bureau of Labor Statistics Data says there are only 8.532 million unemployed right now. I don't know. You tell me.
